Delivery and refund policy
Upon payment for one or more software products in our webshop, the customer will receive an e-mail with all information on its account. In this account, the purchased software can be downloaded by the customer.
By paying for our software, the customer enters into an agreement with Phonanium, which is governed by the Phonanium’s General Terms and Conditions (without prejudice to the application of the GNU license when applicable).
In case of improper function of the software, defect remedy, software replacement and/or price refund will be organized according to articles 7.5, 7.6 and 7.7 from Phonanium’s General Terms and Conditions.
